It didn't take long in the real estate business for Stephen to become an award-winning producer selling over $175 million and joining the ranks of the top Realtors nationally. After only 5 months from the time Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate acquired his office, he was tapped to become its Manager from 2001-2004. As a natural leader, Stephen is a good listener, motivates others by his own enthusiasm and has the confidence to make decisions. He came back to sales in 2004 starting The Haas Team with his wife Caryn, a Realtor®  also with the Koenig & Strey.
Stephen’s background includes senior management positions in the beverage industry. As Vice President of Administration for Barton Beers, Ltd., he was responsible for management of all administration and operating budgets.
 
Stephen has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Education from the University of California, Davis. As in all of his endeavors, Stephen has a long list of honors from both college and the military.  Caryn & Stephen have two children, Amanda and Buddy. Stephen's hobbies involve show steers (4H), horses, dog training and hunting. In his spare time he is a Vice President of the DuPage County Fair Association.
